Dear Visitor,

My years as a culinarian are now behind me.
It's time to replace the old with the new and get rid of unwanted baggage like this page. Not unlike my career, all that's left here is a pretty picture and a few words.

Until I come up with other content for this space I leave you with a quote from the great Julia Child who will always be my hero.

"I was 32 when I started cooking. Up until then I just ate."
