Chili Butter
3 Ea. Oaxaca chili peppers, soaked and seeded
2 Ea. Ancho chili peppers, soaked and seeded
4 Ea. Pablanos, roasted and cleaned
6 Heads Garlic, roasted
3 Lbs. Butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Chop pablanos. Puree rehydrated chilies. Whip butter. Fold in remaining ingredients.
Season. Store in an airtight container.
