Cucumber Salad

6 Ea. Cucumbers, julienned on mandolin

5 Ea. Apples, julienned on mandolin

1 Bunch Tarragon, chopped.

1 Bunch Chives, cut into batons.

Lemon juice

Rice wine vinegar

Salt and Pepper

Combine first four ingredients. Add lemon juice, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
