Gnocchi
6 Ea. 70 Count potatoes
1/4 Cup Liquid egg yolks
2 Cups All purpose flour
Nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste
Boil potatoes and foodmill. Add to mixer. incorporate all other ingredients
into potatoes. Roll out logs. Cut with bench cutter on a LIGHTLY floured surface.
Do not over flour surface. Boil 4-5 minutes. Shock.
