7 Ea. Spanish onions
2 Quarts Soy sauce
28 oz. Rice wine vinegar
1 Quart Sesame oil
1/2 Quart Olive oil
2 Tblsp. Dry mustard powder
Peel onions, quarter. Grate in box grater, strain in china cap, then in cheese
cloth. Mix soy sauce and vinegar. Whisk in olive oil and sesame oil. Add mustard
powder to taste. Add onions. Let sit overnight to blend flavours.
