5 Lbs. Butter
2 Cups Toasted nuts (cashews, pecans, walnuts)
10 Ea. Shallots, minced
Frangelico
Amaretto
Saute shallots. Deglaze with liquors. Whip butter, nuts and shallot liquid
together until well blended.
