Honey Glazed Nuts
2 Tblsp. Butter
2 Cups Honey
Cayenne Pepper, to taste
Salt & Pepper, to taste
8 Cups Walnuts
Bring first four ingredients to boil. Coat nuts well with mixture. Spread
on sheet tray, spray with pan spray. Bake at 300 degrees, stirring often spraying
nuts with pan spray each time. Bake until dark brown.
