Salsa Verde
1 Cup Parsley
1/3 Cup Tarragon
1/3 Cup Chives
1/3 Cup Basil
4 Tblsp. Capers, rinsed.
12 Ea. Anchovies, cleaned and minced
2 Cups Extra virgin olive oiled
1/4 Cup Lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Rough chop all herbs. Combine with anchovies, oil and lemon juice. It should
have the texture of pesto.
