Wasabi Vinaigrette
1 Cup Wasabi powder
1 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2-1 Cup Rice wine vinegar
2 Oz. Lemon juice
1/2 bottle Chili oil OR Sesame oil
2 Tblsp. Black and white sesame seeds, toasted
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Sugar to taste
Reconstitute wasabi. Let sit for at least 15 minutes. Combine wasabi, vinegar,
lemon juice and seasoning in bowl. Whisk in hot oil. Add olive oil to mellow
flavor.Stir in sesame seeds. Adjust.
